If a response comes ... Look at it very carefully ! ! ! ... This is where they may try to shift the attention away from the offer .... in an attempt to get their offer in place ... If responded to carefully this cannot happen ... 

Go check the 7 elements of contract .. pay particular attention to acceptance ....

Hi Folks, I'm logged into the Forum as Pat Lynch but everyone knows me as Seamus. I've tried over the past 2 years to follow remedies which involve paying nothing to the banks as per the methods detailed in "Blank of Ireland.com". The previous remedies I was seeking has led to a lot of stress and a lot of potential dispute and confrontation including Receivers, Criminal Damage etc. On the positive side a lot of terrific support from many Men and Women who effected my survival.                                                                                                 Over the past two weeks, I have sent an official offer to a bank as satisfaction on all account demands/obligations. The total cessation of stress and the security I have achieved out of using this remedy is truly remarkable. I hope that everyone sees the strength of the official offer and that it will work as well for any man as it has for me.

BTW folks .... this concept (make them an offer they WON"T be able to refuse) was originally brought to you by We The People :-)

 

While not a Remedy ! ! !  this simple process can allow you time to consider the greater aspect of what we as a people face.... 

 

This method (IMHO) should only be used responsibly and to the maximum amount that you feel you can HONESTLY maintain ...... 

 

If you have no integrity then slink back into the corner from whence you came 

 

If your word is no good ... how could you be ....  ? ? ?

Thanks Vin for this invaluable piece of work. Would you tell me if it would be feesable to offer a 'one off' payment' and how much to offer (say cash/bank draft) and what wording please.

On  15th July I had a man energetically banging on my doors and windows and looking thru my letterbox. On 18th July I had a different man banging on my door for about 75 minutes, this man and his car appearred in my rear view mirror 2 hours later and followed a very complex route I decided to take. He followed me then for 20 miles at 30 miles / hour on the motorway flashing his headlights and followed me 200 metres into Kinnegad. Today there has been no activity. It could always be the milkman but we don't have door to door milk deliveries......

Hi Vin Great write up:

Would it be appropriate to include the following.

1) Using an inkpad/sponge and an impression of (the person's) fingerprint to show a letter was enclosed in the envelope.

2) Using (the person's) fingerprint as a tamper evident seal on the envelope.

3) keeping a photo of the letter and cheque using the day's newspaper as a record showing the letter's creation.

4) Sending the offer copy + the carbon paper + the registered post receipt back to the person by registered post to show they were not altered from creation till date of presentation.

Keep posting them small amount cheques on a regular consistant base. It does not matter whether they accept them or not..

It is in your favour one way or the other as YOU remain in honour. It is your INTENT that matters and by regularly posting in payments , no judge may make a determination in favour of the institutions as this would deem the judge in favour of Corporations over the Sovereign People...........looks bad ,as they swore an Oath to uphold the contrary, or so it seems.

As they say themselves, Justice must be SEEN to be done. You can go fishing now Seamus. Spread the word.

Sorry Vin not checking up on you, I read this months back and understood what it meant but after your talk on contracts and counter offers it gave me a realisation. ( it  then told me WAKE UP "STUPID" THIS IS FOR YOU ) Also thought it might help for other people to see it black and white.
